During my last few semesters at UF, I discovered my love of coding and my passion for data journalism.
This Chipotle calorie counter was the first project I ever made. It allowed me to get experience in Javascript and Jquery.
Afterwards, I set out on my own to learn D3 and Leaflet, and made this project in October about manatee deaths in Florida. Final exams hit before I was able to go back and clean up the design and make the D3 graph responsive, but I plan to go back and revise it this summer.
